The quality of service we received was beyond excellent!!! Jason Herbert was our Sales Rep. Jason knew what I was coming to look at prior to getting to the dealership. I'm usually guarded when it comes to the sales staff at dealership, but for the first time this was not the case. Bob Steele Chevy's staff was very warm and welcoming. My husband and I had been shopping vehicles for a while and had been to several local dealers. We all hate haggling, but when it comes to large purchases we do it. We were immediately impressed with the pricing. Bob Steele's first offer was not only under our best haggled price with other dealers, it was also lower then most dealers starting sales price. This is a must share of the impeccable service you'd receive at Bob Steele Chevy, but specifically by Jason Herbert. Jason had asked my husband and I if we'd like anything. It was a cold out so my husband asked if they had hot chocolate. They do, but that day the machine wasn't working. While we were waiting to sit with finance, Jason had returned with a hot chocolate Mind you, the machine was not working. Without our knowledge Jason Herbert ran to a local service station and got my husband his hot chocolate. Now if that's not service I don't know what is. Thank you Bob Steele Chevy, but most of all Thank you Jason Herbert!! We will definitely be returning customers. More

I was approached by a friendly Knowledgeable salesman named Jason. He was more than willing to help me look around at all the new inventory. Even though I Made it very clear to Jason there was absolutely no way I would consider buying a car that day. I was shocked that he was still willing to walk me around and show me the ins and outs of all the new vehicles in their equipment. It made my service appointment more enjoyable than I’ve ever had before. I do know that whenever I am ready to purchase a vehicle. I will look him up and see what kind of deal he can actually do. And would totally recommend him to anyone of my friends or family! More
