Great Experience For A First Time Car Buyer! I really enjoyed my experience at Bob Allen Ford and left a happy customer. I am a first time car buyer and didn't really know what to expect from the I really enjoyed my experience at Bob Allen Ford and left a happy customer. I am a first time car buyer and didn't really know what to expect from the dealership experience. I went in not knowing a lot about how the process worked. Andrew greeted me and helped me very thoroughly through the whole process. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process by explaining everything and putting it in simple terms. I went in not sure whether a new or used car would be a better value, but Andrew explained the advantages of new car ownership! He was very conscious of my budget and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need or couldn't afford. At no point was I offered anything I felt was a bad value. The few things that were offered to me (such as a couple protection packages and the extended warranty) were explained to me thoroughly. I felt like they were good values and a great way to invest in the future of my car. Overall everyone I dealt with including Jason and Greg were very friendly and informative. They made the whole process as stress free as possible. At the end of the day, buying a new car wasn't nearly as much of an ordeal as I was afraid it would be. I got the car I wanted and I am very happy with it. Their level of service during the purchase process was great and its stayed that way even post purchase. Andrew has contacted me to make sure everything is going well with my new car, and again later to make sure I was satisfied with the installation of the protection package. Everyone there seems very committed to serving you and helping you with any questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable being able to call them with any questions or problems I have in the future. I loved my experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking at a preowned or new vehicle. More

I found myself in a financial nightmare and contacted Bob Allen Ford via internet, Larry Brown called me in reference to my inquiry but I was not available so he left a voicemail. I did not have an opportunity to return his call and he took the initiative and contacted me again two days later. I made an appointment with him and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in the most welcoming manner and my experience escalated upward from that point. Larry Brown was very professional, asked questions of what I was looking for and why I was looking to trade. He spoke with his Sales Manager and Finance Manager and returned to me and said he was going to go get my new car and would be right back. I have always selected my own vehicle in the past but he had such a professionalism about him that I was completely at ease with him making the selection. When he returned and escorted me outside to view the car, I was incredibly satisfied with his choice. We took the vehicle for a short drive and he explained all of the functions of the vehicle and upon return to the dealership, he set into motion all aspected of making the sale all the while making certain I was aware of each step and that I was comfortable during the process. I then met with Jason Hensley for the financial portion of the trade and he also was extremely professional and made certain that I understood all aspects of the contract. Having just separated myself from a horrid relationship, I had nothing more than my clothes and my car and no funds. The entire staff at Bob Allen Ford stepped forward and "took care" of me during the entire process. I felt no pressure or stress from anyone and each member of the team made me feel they genuinely cared about me personally and did everything possible to make my experience amazing. I will return to Bob Allen Ford in the future as well as recommend all of my friends and family to them. I cannot express the overall positive experiences I had while there and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. After my purchase, several members of the team went to my vehicle with me to make sure I understood the different functions of the car. I must say, the situation that I was in and the way I was treated brought me to tears of sadness in trading a vehicle I love to tears of joy for the new vehicle I was purchasing along with tears of gratitude for the compassion of the team. The people at Bob Allen Ford are exceptional and I recommend the to the fullest. More

We came to Bob Allen when our family grew and we needed a larger car. We have purchased other cars from Bob Allen Ford and have ALWAYS had a wonderful buying experience. Our salesman Jerome Tolliver went abo larger car. We have purchased other cars from Bob Allen Ford and have ALWAYS had a wonderful buying experience. Our salesman Jerome Tolliver went above and beyond each time to make sure that we got exactly what we needed for the best price and financing plus he is just a wonderful gentleman to work with. Our family will buy our Fords from Bob Allen Ford again and again. They are simply the best in our book from sales, finance and service you will have a great experience. More

My experience at Bob Allen was AMAZING!!! This was the first vehicle I've ever bought on my own and I'm so happy I came to Bob Allen. My salesman Kelly Gray did a fantastic job, and helped me understand first vehicle I've ever bought on my own and I'm so happy I came to Bob Allen. My salesman Kelly Gray did a fantastic job, and helped me understand everything about my new Escape. He was very professional and I truly feel like I couldn't have had a better experience. It didn't stop there though. When I went to financing Jason Hensley took great care of me too! He took the time to explain all the details of the financing, and show me in detail how everything broke down. By then I had had time to rack my brain with more questions about warranties, registering my new car, etc. and he was able to answer everything for me. I will never buy a car anywhere else, thank you Bob Allen!!!! More

We have purchased 6 or 7 cars from these guys. They have treated us with such professionalism from the very beginning, and now, like family. My mother in law bought a car from them.
