He was not pushy at all and took Awesome care in helping me find the right SUV for me. The entire way through my purchase he kept me well informed of the process and made me feel at home, which is the first time I have experienced such a thing at any dealership. When I received my SUV detailed and ready for me to leave he made sure that I had a complete understanding of how everything worked and walked me through how to sync my phone so that it worked correctly and efficiently. Probably the best experience I've ever had a car dealership. This was a very positive experience at this dealership. I bought my last four new vehicles (3 of which were CR'-V's) much closer to where I live but This was a very positive experience at this dealership. I bought my last four new vehicles (3 of which were CR'-V's) much closer to where I live but could not get what I wanted or the deal I needed so therefore I had to drive 50 miles to do business. I could not be happier. Bernardo bent over backwards to make sure we understood all the new ins and outs of the new CR-V and made sure he had answered all of our questions. Also Jason in the business department did not pressure us to buy anything "extra", he just laid it out there and explained what was available and gave us the choice after answering our questions. Have never been treated like this at a dealership before. Really appreciated that. More
