Both representatives are professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and friendly. The whole process, both times was flawless. So happy with experience and received a fair price for both cars. Car Buying Done Right 10 years ago, before this dealership was what it is today, I had a very bad experience there. I decided that a lot can change in 10 years, and I decided to give Arrowhead Honda another shot. I went there for service (David Sanchez is wonderful) still on the fence about buying a new Honda, but decided to spend my wait time looking at the new models. Mike Ritter was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and made my decision easy and the overall experience awesome. I'd highly recommend him and Arrowhead Honda to anyone. I would suggest for future buyers that the trade in allowance be made known to me up front and that on a lease, I be told ahead of time that my first payment is due that day. I felt a little blindsided by both those issues because I didn't know either until I was in the financing office after the paperwork was all done. Considering blue book on my car was $4500 and they even told me I had a really well keep vehicle, I think they could have given me another $300 for my trade, but I wasn't given the opportunity to ask for that. Overall, it was a really great experience. Thanks. More

Very good experience After visiting several area dealerships looking for a trade-in deal on a new van, I finally found my deal here. I spent more time at the other dealers After visiting several area dealerships looking for a trade-in deal on a new van, I finally found my deal here. I spent more time at the other dealerships waiting on sales folks or managers or whomever to make a decision on a deal than I did here for the entire transaction to be complete. I felt like everyone treated me fair and was honest about what I could get for the money and they had enough inventory on the lot for me to get what I wanted that day. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, we will stop here first. More

Car shopping the way it's suppose to be I stopped in just to see what they had on the lot and was pleasantly surprised. Nice variety to choose from at very competitive prices. You could tell the focus was in customer service and not about making huge profits. They worked with me to get me into the car I could afford and I felt we both got a fair deal. NO buyer remorse here! Ryan was great to work with and all the personnel I met were very helpful but not overbearing which can happen at some dealerships. Negotiations were very straight forward and the paperwork was a breeze. Done in 10 minutes. I would recommend anyone looking for a car at a great price, go to Arrowhead. More
