Amazing experience! I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months. I was not having any luck at any of the other dealerships I went to. When I stepped into Courtes I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months. I was not having any luck at any of the other dealerships I went to. When I stepped into Courtesy Volvo everything changed! I was greeted by Jason, and then introduced to Nick Bakaleinikoff who would be helping me the rest of the time. I told him what type of car I was looking for and he introduced me to one that I just fell in love with! He was very knowledgeable about the car and everything it had. He made this whole experience very enjoyable and not as stressful as I thought it would be. The finance department was extremely helpful as well. I usually work with Jud to arrange for desired service work and he is a trusted advisor for all work on my vehicle. This most recent visit was for the periodic oil and filter change which, upon work being performed, the service tech [Nathan] recommended replacement of the serpentine belt [many cracks], tensioner, and fuel filter. My vehicle has 190k miles and I would expect these items to be ready for replacement. Courtesy Volvo is always clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always reasonable with the costs for work performed. I've never been disappointed by their customer service. More
