Coach Scott Sharp new exactly what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to spend, and called me when he found it. That was at about 8/9 in the morning, and I walked out of the dealership with the keys a how much I wanted to spend, and called me when he found it. The customer service that we experienced here was the worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been sp worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been special ordered but could be May before the vehicle would be ready. This was the first of Feb!!! We ourselves located the needed part in less than 30 minutes at a different dealership. Chelley then asked if we would pay the difference if the part cost them more and to have it shipped to them. At this point we brought Ford Corp Customer Care in to help us since this vehicle was still under the original warranty. After they received the part we were told as well as the Ford Customer Care representative that repair was being made and the vehicle would be ready by such and such date. The day would come and go but the vehicle still wouldn’t be ready. We had to escalate to finally get an answer from the GM Jason that they hadn’t even started the repair. It was 5 weeks of us escalating and Ford Corp escalating to get this repair finished. In my opinion simple basic customer service is needed…follow up, return calls and always tell the customer the truth. Not once did anyone from here apologize for this whole ordeal or their lack of customer service. More

This Ford dealership is a Five Star Crown Jewell. Jason Hooe has put together a great sales and repair team to meet the needs of all customers. Jason knows how to treat customers. Clark Christie and our salesman Kyle Fullmer are awesome to deal with. The are customer focused and do everything they can to make the buying experience a great one. To us, The Everett's, customer service is what draws us to any business. Kyle and Clark had just the right car we were looking for and we got a great deal on the car too! The transaction was smooth and easy. Our finance guy, Josh Forester, made the end of the purchase an easy experience for us. He worked hard and found us a truly great percentage rate for our preowned car. We are very happy with the way our afternoon went . We had visited four dealerships and test drove 6 cars. Should have came here first! Oh well, we did good and so did the dealer. We were treated very well here as always and we will continue to buy cars here. I have purchased over 20 cars from McLardyDaniel in the last 20 years. Clark Christie has been involved with almost every single one too. A good man, honest and gives you the best deal he can afford to give. We sure love these guys. Even though we live 4 hours away we will still return here for our purchases. That right there should tell you this is the best place to buy a car new or preowned! More
