Dan continues to deserve 5 stars for his excellent service. Unfortunately, the dealership under the new ownership doesn’t meet the same standard. I appreciated the low key approach and the fact that they could get us into a car the very next day after ours was totaled! Appointment scheduling is convenient online or on my iPhone. They got us the second key for the used car we purchased, and did the detail work that had been promised. No upselling, and no hard sells e iPhone. They got us the second key for the used car we purchased, and did the detail work that had been promised. No upselling, and no hard sells ever! This is why we come back (we bought 3 cars in the past 6 months - the second one we bought got totaled this week, so we bought another one since my daughter was able to walk away from a very bad traffic accident.). I recommend the Chevy Bolt as a safe car. PS: It's always fun to see the Corvettes in the showroom. While that might not be the right car for me, I'd love to go for a ride in one sometime with a driver who really understands the car. That said, EV's give the kind of performance that I imagine the corvette would give. I am glad Chevrolet still has that model - it really does show that Chevrolet is able to cater to all kinds of drivers. Whether it's someone like myself who needs good reliable day to day transportation or someone who wants a car for fun. Keep up the good work! More
