I set an appointment with them confirmed at 8:00 a. m. to have a mechanical issue diagnosed and fixed. Dropped off my vehicle and around 1:00 p.m. called back to get a status. And I was told; "they ar m. to have a mechanical issue diagnosed and fixed. Dropped off my vehicle and around 1:00 p.m. called back to get a status. And I was told; "they are working on it someone will call you back" at around 3:00 p.m. I called to get a status and was told that no "one had a chance to look at it yet and they probably weren't going to get through it today". And then when I went in to pick up my vehicle the person at the service desk looked at the screen and said "I'll go get your vehicle". He went and got it gave me my keys and that was it. They never said anything like "sorry we didn't honor your appointment today can you bring it back tomorrow"? Nothing. They just acted like I didn't even exist. I drove away thinking this is one of the strangest experiences I've ever had. More

I was a little nervous going into the service because I had never had service from a dealership before and there was an old story in my head that dealership service is expensive. Dan continues to deserve 5 stars for his excellent service. Unfortunately, the dealership under the new ownership doesn’t meet the same standard.
