It was only on my third trip to the service department that I was able to pick up my truck. Orr was new then. I'll chalk it up to teething problems. This time was a perfect experience. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 for an 8:45 appointment. I was promptly given a ride to work. A couple of hours later I received a call telling me that my truck was ready. I asked if they could deliver it to my work. Within 30 minutes I received a call that my truck was in the parking lot at my work. A couple of signatures and I had my truck. A perfect example of the meaning of customer service. Well done, Orr, well done! More
