UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIVING xxxx!!! They said they would fix damage to the tailgate that happened the day of purchase. 7 months later still waiting. I was pricing cars online, to make this short, the next day I received a call from Jason. We discussed my interest in the Fusion SEL and what I might get for a trade-in. I really did not want to go back to making payments and told Jason I'd think about the options we discussed and call him back. About 2 hours later I called Jason and asked if would be around in about 30 minutes, he said he would and I left for the dealership. When I arrived Jason met me at the door, he knew what I was driving from our earlier discussion. He had picked out a silver 2012 Fusion SEL and showed it to me. I liked it. We went inside, we worked out a trade-in price on my 2002 Explorer, with the other rebates available, we came to a price and payment I could afford. There was no pressure to buy(lease in my case). It was a very pleasant experience. The biggest delay was from my insurance company. Everyone at the dealership was cordial and did their part in a timely manner. When the paperwork was done Jason took me out and explained the instument panel and offered to set up the bluetooth option, however, my cell doesn't have bluetooth capability. Jason said when I get a new phone I could bring the vehicle back and he would set the bluetooth up for me. I left and had a great ride back to Dansville. More

I stopped in at Genesee Valley Ford a couple of days after trying, unsuccessfully, to arrive at an acceptable deal for a new vehicle of a different make at a different dealer in a different location. Jason Jackson introduced himself at the entry to the sales room. I told him what I was looking for and showed him your current advertisement in a local newspaper supplement. Within twenty minutes I had picked out the vehicle I wanted, Jason had worked up a net out-the-door price that was entirely satisfactory, and I called my wife to tell her I had found her next new car. We made a date for that same evening for a test drive, and took delivery the next day. The paperwork was handled almost transparently (except of course for the signing ceremonies, which have become tiresome by government fiat!). Jason Jackson was polite, answered all questions, explained the features and in general was very helpful to the completion of this sale with the minimum of fuss, and NO PUSHY ATTITUDE (Thank you!). Joe C. sat with my wife in the car to help her get started on all the Info Tech features. (How times have changed!) Altogether this was the most satisfactory and painless new-car sale I've experienced in 57 years of auto ownership. Would I come to Genesee Valley Ford, and to Jason Jackson, for my next car? Absolutely. More

MY QUESTIONS WERE HEARD AND ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE ROAD TEST EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND VEHICLE OPTIONS NOTED. JASON LOCATED A VEHICLE THAT HAD THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED. THE PAPERWORK WAS SIMPLE. JASON WORKED W/MY SON IN ANOTHER STATE TO ASSURE US THAT HE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS AND CONCERNS. A LOANER WAS PROVIDED WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS PREPPED FOR DELIVERY. I WAS GIVEN AN OVERVIEW OF THE SIRUS FEATURE BY JOE C.(?), WHO WAS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. JASON'S FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATIONS WERE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I had bought my first (2010) Ranger from Genesee Valley Ford in August 2010. They were friendly and helpful and I continued to bring my truck in to them for service since then. In February 2012 I received a phone call from Jason, a sales person. He was letting me know that Ford had some rebates that I qualified for and he could get me into a 2011 Ranger and LOWER my payments. I almost didn't believe it. Who calls people and tells them they can save them money? Well, I went in that day after work and walked out with a brand new 2011 ranger, having traded in my 2010 for $1,000 MORE than I owed on it. With that and a bunch of rebates I saved over $8,000. And yes, the payments are lower with the same amount of months to pay. It's even an upgrade from an XLT 4x4 to an XLT Sport 4x4. Jason is a nice guy, very friendly and helpful. Actually everyone there is friendly and helpful. And I LOVE my new Ford Ranger. More

The purchase of my 2012 Ford Edge was the least painful purchasing experience I have ever had. Since I have been planning on replacing my ford Escape with an Edge, I researched online the various models a purchasing experience I have ever had. Since I have been planning on replacing my ford Escape with an Edge, I researched online the various models and what the local dealers had in stock. So when I arrived at Genesee valley Ford, and was greeted by Jason, I knew which vehicle I wanted. Jason brought the car around for a test drive and then I sat down with Jason to work out the price. I think we reached a sales agreement on less than an hour, and I was to pick up the car in two days. When I arrived on Monday Jason had everything ready for the tranfer of the car. He thoroughly went over the different controls on the dash, and I was on my way very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Jason. More
