The service writers at the dealership are very nice. I’m just finding that my wait times are becoming longer and longer. I generally schedule my appointment at noon with the expectation that I should be I’m just finding that my wait times are becoming longer and longer. I generally schedule my appointment at noon with the expectation that I should be done within an hour, hour and a half max. The last several times that I have been to the dealership it’s been 3 to 4 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I come in for routine maintenance such as oil change, fluid check, any recall service and tire rotation. If I have to continue to wait the three hours, I’m gonna stop coming. It’s not worth my time. While IVAN worked his xxx off to get her several different deals on the vehicle she was looking at. The manager, Justin Griffith, came in to discuss an offer and completely ignored her. Even after I told him several times that my name was not on the vehicle she’s trading in and would not be on the one she is viewing. He ignored that and only spoke to me. To which he then copped an attitude and his voice tone and volume raised, after that it was done. You will not disrespect my wife and claim you want her business. You won’t get a xxxxing dime. While, the manager, Justin Griffith, may think it’s ok to disrespect women, I do not. We will NOT be returning to this location due to the complete disrespect. 0 STARS DONT xxxxING RECOMMEND. More
