Salesman Jack Taylor failed to place my order for a '23 Silverado during a sale. When he wouldn't respond, I asked for a manager and Jason Lawing remedied by extending the now-expired sale to ordering a '2 Silverado during a sale. When he wouldn't respond, I asked for a manager and Jason Lawing remedied by extending the now-expired sale to ordering a '24 Silverado. When it arrived at the dealership, we drove our '17 Silverado 655 miles to tow back the '24 Silverado. Dylan was sarcastic about the deal Lawing made and refused to help us by running the bug-ridden '17 thru the car wash or giving us a Chevy hat. Two small tokens for owning many Chevrolets over the years. Instead, we were hurried out so Dylan could take care of other customers. Beyond that, we enjoyed listening to classic rock and roll while waiting for Paco in finance, but it was too loud. More
