And the last thing you want, or to be anxious about is one of those pushy salespeople or dealerships who practically tackle you to prevent you from walking out the door shouting "what can I do to make you buy this car right now"...... Lia Honda, and specifically Allen Dionne, my salesperson, were just the opposite. Allen was the epitome of the car salesman who makes you feel valued, appreciated, and understood. He was extremely patient while I asked tons of questions, he was knowledgeable about the car and all its features, and he spent hours with me while I was deciding what to do. He was able to get me the kind of pricing that was fair and appropriate for the car that I chose (Honda Civic EX). He even met me on his day off to finalize the paperwork, take me for one last drive to show me (again) all the features, and hand me the keys to a wonderful new car. I appreciate what Lia Honda stands for and especially for Allen Dionne for being the kind of salesperson everyone should try to work with. Thanks Allen and Lia Honda. Vehicle Purchase My wife and I were in the market to replacing her existing vehicle with a new one and decided to visit Lia Honda to see what they had to offer.As we My wife and I were in the market to replacing her existing vehicle with a new one and decided to visit Lia Honda to see what they had to offer.As we entered the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist and then Philip Bologna who is a member of the sales team. Philip was very receptive to our needs and he conveyed a friendly & pleasant demeanor. After looking at several options we spotted a SUV which we took out for a test drive. Philip had extensive knowledge with the vehicles features and functionality - He was able to help us navigate the 'Setup Menus' with ease to show us how to enable or disable different options. Philip also went over the different add-ons that are offered for the vehicle as well as the Simoniz package. We returned 2 days later to pick up the car & complete the transaction and it could not have gone any smoother. Philip had Everything all set & ready to go !! After sitting with him for about 10 minutes he handed us off to Jason who took care of the finance details which only took another 10 minutes of our time (Jason was also Great to deal with) !! After all the paperwork was completed we went back to Philip who was willing to spend however much time necessary to set up the vehicle the way we wanted !! Overall it was a Great experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. No Pressure - No Customer Juggling - And No BS !! More

No hassle low pressure experience, very pleasant. I was in the market for a car because I had just hit a deer and totaled a car. I called and setup an appointment for a test drive. Wes had the car I was in the market for a car because I had just hit a deer and totaled a car. I called and setup an appointment for a test drive. Wes had the car ready and went over the entire outside and inside of the car. He demonstrated all the safety features and options, and popped the hood and showed me where everything was in the engine. We took a test drive and did some highway driving and local driving. The experience was unrushed and comfortable. When I said I needed to sleep on it for a night he gave me his number and didn't try to hard sell. I came back the next day and purchased. The whole process took an hour and it was smooth. I enjoyed this car purchase more than any other. More
