I bought the Truck! I found McCombs Ford through the internet over 3 years ago due to local friends in Las Vegas telling me if I wanted a new truck to buy it in Texas! We I found McCombs Ford through the internet over 3 years ago due to local friends in Las Vegas telling me if I wanted a new truck to buy it in Texas! Well, ford wasn't the only dealer there I heard from, but thanks to the deal not being made locally, I flew to San Antonio July 2018 with my best friend who helped me make the drive back to Vegas in my new truck. Not only did my credit get approved quickly, my local credit union claimed they could not! Looks like I may be finding a new bank too! These guys and gals have answered many questions before I got there and several since getting home. If I ever buy a new truck again, I will be visiting their site to see what they can do for me! Even the New Cars Director Jamey got involved to help me make this happen! More

First time car-buying experience This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I was a little nervous to head into the dealership and make it happen. However, I knew exactly what I w This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I was a little nervous to head into the dealership and make it happen. However, I knew exactly what I wanted in my F150 due to extensive research. I was matched with McCombs West through USAA car buying to their internet sales department. I had spoke with an internet sales rep so they knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in the door. In all honesty, my first impression with the dealership was slightly negative due to some confusion with who exactly I was arranged to meet with. The reps at the front wanted to essentially start from square one with me on what I was looking for and I was not having it. But then they got in contact with the internet sales rep and after about 5 minutes I was matched with Ernie. He was quick to find exactly what I was looking for from his brief exchange with the internet sales rep. He then brought the truck around front for me to take a look at and eventually took for a ride. Ernie was very honest and not pushy. He was well aware that I knew what I wanted and therefore made the test drive experience very comfortable. We then went inside and he came back with a price that was fair and reasonable. From there, the rest of the buying experience to leaving the lot in my new truck went smoothly. The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars was due to the first impression. Other than that, it was a great experience! Would recommend. More
