TH TETER (service advisor) AND MANAGERS JEFFREY CLESMELEWSKI and JASON MARTINO ARE THE REASON FOR THIS BAD REVIEW. THEY WILL HOLD ON TO YOUR CAR FOR DAYS FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS WITH NO LOANER, THEY WILL NOT FIX SAID REPAIRS BUT INSTEAD THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU DO NOT NEED OR WANT !!! THEN THEY WILL RETURN YOUR CAR BACK TO YOU WITH SCRATCHED RIMS !!!!!!!! THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS TO FIX THE RIMS!!! This is the SECOND TIME THEY DAMAGED MY CAR BTW More
