The customer service at this location is amazing. I made an inquiry about the vehicle over the phone and all my questions were answered, from details about the car to financing options. Jason asked when I w an inquiry about the vehicle over the phone and all my questions were answered, from details about the car to financing options. Jason asked when I would like to come and take it out for a test drive. I told him when I could be there and when I arrived it was ready to go. Colin went over the options in the vehicle and off I went. When I had made my decision to make the purchase Mike Bacco made the financing easy and stress free. BEST SERVICE EVER More

Enjoyed working with the entire dealership and LOVE my new car! Great price and quality on the SUV. No pressure sales and a very relaxed car-buying experience. Attitudes 18000 miles...wore out the tires. took service, a sales manager and the owner to finally get them to line it up and put 4 new tires on it.. which was 18000 miles...wore out the tires. took service, a sales manager and the owner to finally get them to line it up and put 4 new tires on it.. which was badly needed. now at 40000 miles I just put 4 new tires on it....wore them to the wires on the inside, just eat them up. I called and asked if they would check the alignment for me because it does have a problem somewhere. whoever I talked to in service just told me he look at it, if it needed lined up it would cost me for that. I think the car has a problem and they should check into it. he wasn't interested in hearing that I guess.finally I just told him screw it I have it lined up somewhere else. More

Worst auto buying experience ever. Worst car buying experience start to finish. The SP knew nothing about inventory. Three different prices on car, First time there the number on windsh Worst car buying experience start to finish. The SP knew nothing about inventory. Three different prices on car, First time there the number on windshield was the number used, not the sticker price. The price was increased on offer form by about $400 gave benefit of doubt. After waiting in hot sun to test drive, I walked in to get keys to test drive. Damien came out explained features on car he was knowledgeable and really polite. Came back picked upgraded version SP said you really dont need to drive this car in rain its just like the 1st one you drove???What??? wanted us to finance amt on car that was already pay off. She wanted us to finance in loan and rec ck back no. She only came back with, one offer , we ask for $300 more on trade. She refused to,go back to SM yes you heard that correctly she refused I ask sales manager as he was walking by no negotiating whatsoever The line there is "we are all in on this deal". We wanted to know int rate cd not get an answer, we had been there about 2 weeks prior on Ioniq,decided car not right for us, so credit had been pulled, scores of 844,842. My wife has worked in credit and LO for years those scores from Experian just not rule of thumb, we sd have been receiving best rate Hyundai cd offer we dont believe that happened. First dealership that we were ever left sitting at SP desk. We weren't given explanation like I am really sorry finance is backed up. Nope no reason given.left sitting, we ask SP several times why we were not in finance by then. We were given blank stares, no answers. Apparently they have their SP involved in financial things that are never delagated to sales. There is so much more that occurred that day and after. Do we regret not walking away and going to another dealersip, absolutely. Took us no time to select vehicle, were there way past anything reasonable. Still dont have reasonable answer on the 3 prices on car, it led back to original sticker price, and it still was different. We were so exhausted upset, that we definitely missed key things on finance form. I took car back to dealership, Chris was asked to give me details on car, he was great, professional knowledgeable about the car. We do love the car. More

Why can't more dealerships operate like this? I gotta' saw, it was actually a little refreshing working with Jason and Trey. For all the horror stories you hear about dealing with "the dealership" I gotta' saw, it was actually a little refreshing working with Jason and Trey. For all the horror stories you hear about dealing with "the dealership" this was genuinely a pleasant experience. (especially for a 1st time car buyer like myself) I interacted with Jason mostly over email, but he was always incredibly polite, courteous, and patient as I flip-flopped between trim levels, and packages for my (oddly hard to find) 2016 Forester. Never once trying to "hard sell" me on anything, and always working to find the car I wanted. (He also did a phenomenal job at quickly returning my emails.) When it came time for financing, I had the virtually the same experience with Trey with him taking the time to thoroughly explain all the paperwork, and never once feeling rushed or pressured with anything. More
