Piazza Hyundai is wonderful to deal with. They have always treated me well and I greatly appreciate the quality of service they provide. Easily the best dealership experience I have had in the past 20 always treated me well and I greatly appreciate the quality of service they provide. Have had my sonata for over a year I drive about 30,000 miles a year and have gotten service here at piazza Hyundai the entire time I have has my car. Each time my experience has been top notch. I brought my nephew to Piazza Hyundai to purchase his first car. Matt Gillespie provided such an excellent experience for him...as he did when I purchased my first Hyundai Sonata from his last May first car. That car was in an accident and totalled, and I simply called Matt and asked him to find an identical car........which he did within days and I was back on the road. My father owned a car agency and believe me he would have loved having Matt Gillespie selling cars for him. While my nephew and I waited, we spoke with the customer Matt was finishing up with and she was completing a transaction that was the third car she had bought from Matt. While Matt was helping my nephew, I went to the service department and Jason took my car and had it serviced/washed while we were waiting. Also, there was some marks on my sideview mirrors that they were able to remove...........I love Piazza Hyundai and I send as many people to you as possible. I represent your corporate goal: such a good experience that I will always turn to you for all my auto needs........and refer others without hesitation. More

This dealer is great all around. They keep us up on our service needs and do a great job. Once the service is done they clean the car, vacuum and return it looking pretty. I have been going to Piazza Hyundai for almost 3 years now. They are by far the best service department I have experienced in the past 20 years. So much so, that I would gladly purchase another Hyundai now. They are by far the best service department I have experienced in the past 20 years. So much so, that I would gladly purchase another Hyundai from them knowing that they would be servicing it. Their service department is friendly, efficient, and does a great job. Rates are reasonable, they provide a complimentary 34-point inspection and wash your car after each service. They have treated me very well and I am greatly appreciative of their service and commitment to their customers. Keep up the great work!!! More

This dealership has absolutely the best service department that I have ever experienced. They are friendly courteous and above all very professional in their attitude toward their customers. From the trade-in value they provided me when I first bought my Equus, through all the regularly scheduled service calls (up to 40K miles now), right up until their most recent pick-up to do some recall bought my Equus, through all the regularly scheduled service calls (up to 40K miles now), right up until their most recent pick-up to do some recall work, the folks at Piazza have been fair, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Assuming Hyundai puts out an Equus with all-wheel drive (and hopefully some different color options for exterior and interior), I'll be trading in my current for a new one, and it will definitely happen at Piazza. More

When I made the appt via the internet my request to have the all wheel drive checked because the indicator light comes on intermittently was not picked up. As I left the dealer ( without that service compl the all wheel drive checked because the indicator light comes on intermittently was not picked up. As I left the dealer ( without that service completed) the light came on . I brought it right back and Jason found someone to diagnose the problem very promptly. I appreciate his attention to this so it did not further impact my time More
