Went to Piazza today to get A spare tire kit for my 2013 Elantra. Everybody was very friendly and helpfull.They ansered all my ???? and I got A great price.Short wait in A nice,clean waiting area and easy c Elantra. Great customer service, both from the sales and service side. I bought the wheel and tire hazard package when I bought my car and it unfortunately came in handy after only 1400 miles. Hit a rock on the road that blew out my tire and a new tire was put on my car at no cost to me. Great dealership that I have already referred numerous people in my office to. More

Over the years I have purchased 10 new cars, the last 4 from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite ser from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite service department for years was Reading Honda's which I went out of my way to take all of my Hondas. I drive over 2K miles a month so im in getting service often. So I was very happy to hear Rick Stubblebine was at the Hyundai dealer now and that was definately a selling point for me. The one thing that keeps me coming back is "Trust". I have dealt with some service departments that have been difficult and some that have been very professional but none that I have trusted like Ricks crew both here and back in Reading. Even the mechanics like Steve go the extra step to understand your concerns and explain the possible solutions. These guys are top notch and deserve some accolades. More

I have been using Piazza Hyundai for all service and routine maintenance since purchasing my vehicle there new 2 years ago. Overall, the service is excellent and the employees seem to genuinely care ab routine maintenance since purchasing my vehicle there new 2 years ago. Overall, the service is excellent and the employees seem to genuinely care about pleasing the customers. Their rates are very competitive. They have a tendency to try and upsell additional services, but will not push the issue if you refuse (although they do notate the refused services on the work order.) I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family for Hyundai service. The excellent sales rep I worked with 2 years ago has since left the dealership. Therefore I am not currently familiar with their sales department, although I have seen the same manager level employees on the sales floor. I can only assume the sales department is still very good. I will continue to use them for service and will also visit them again when I am ready for another new car. More

I have never had a problem with scheduling recalls, or maintenance of any kind. I simply call, make an appointment (usually with my schedule in mind), show up and get the job done. If it appears the matter is going to be longer than originally scheduled they run me over to my office on Linfield Trappe Road. When the car is ready they call me and I pick it up at my convenience. At least I don't miss any work time. They even washed the car (pleasant surprise). More
