I am a husband and father of six with one Grandson. My wife and I have been married for 25 years now, and we look forward to another 25 years! I love to play golf, read Anne Rice novels, and to engage in good conversations. I believe that customer satisfaction is the core foundation of any business. If the customer is taken care of above and beyond what is expected, then everything else will fall into place.
