Having to buy a car after a accident in January. I was searching on line for vehicles in my price range as well as a vehicle that would fit my needs. Earlier in the month I was unfortunately in a car I was searching on line for vehicles in my price range as well as a vehicle that would fit my needs. Earlier in the month I was unfortunately in a car accident and was not planning on buying a car for a long time. I saw one that sparked my interest and found out that it was at the dealership. I showed up around 6:15 pm. gave the stock number hopefully it was still available it was and I was hooked up with Jason Mertens. He got the car and was great to work with. He went out of his way to be personable, and understanding of my situation. The reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was a slight disconnect between the sales manager and myself on the price. I had been very upfront with my ceiling as far as payments. I understand the job required him to get as many dollars out of the vehicle as he could. Explaining that this was the best price he could do. And me reminding him that was over my price I had in mind. Wasn’t going to get any lower but some one had left a window sale sign in the car from previous. I asked my salesman to get it and Jason went out and brought it in. I am not going to share my opinion but we did get that price after some paperwork we were out the door with a freshly washed low mileage vehicle! Jason was great and so was Jason in finance! A few days later, we came in to buy, not realizing that the dealership was closing shortly (sorry, guys!). The staff stayed over 2 hours late to assist us with making the sale. Also, when Jason Poster was running my financing, he gave me one rate, which we agreed to, but when we went to sign the paperwork he told us he had gotten a better rate than what we agreed on! So, he gets a five star rating. My experiences with two other management individuals was not so nice, however... so I can’t give a five star rating to the dealership. If you have to end up talking with the manger Jason Polster, don’t believe any of his “the banks owe me so I can beat them down to XX $$ per month. I’ll do whatever it takes to get your business” bologna. That was his spiel to me in a nutshell after my first visit. When I came back the second time to purchase the car, this Jason wasn’t there but Patrick Olson was. Patrick essentially told me that he couldn’t do what I was expecting. He didn’t have an answer for why Jason Polster told me what he did. In terms of my dealings with Patrick, he was pretty condescending and talked to me like I didn’t understand what was going on. Shame on me for taking what one of his employees said to me seriously. All in all, Jason Mertens was able to work out an acceptable deal for me and his service was above and beyond. More

His professionalism and the remarkable knowledge of each vehicle that we inquired about made it less intimidating to make a decision. Nothing was ever pushed on us, although I did go back later and buy the amazing maintenance package that was really a GREAT deal. Jason made sure he personally addressed any of my concerns about the vehicle, and in the end, I am driving a Soul Red Mazda 6 Touring that I LOVE. The car rides very smooth and is very soundproof. Many extra safety features put me at ease when I am driving. There was no haggling about price and I feel we got a great deal. If I ever buy another car this dealership will be my first stop.
