For the past two oil changes I've received they did not reset my oil life indicator which led to me having to return to the dealership to get it reset which is extremely inconvenient for something that sho reset my oil life indicator which led to me having to return to the dealership to get it reset which is extremely inconvenient for something that should be completed at the time of service. The mechanics should take their time and ensure they are hitting all inspection points properly More

Jason Meyer was instrumental in getting a significant replacement/repair on my Murano. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and I am a happy longtime customer. Our company has leased Mur replacement/repair on my Murano. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and I am a happy longtime customer. Our company has leased Murano's through this dealership since 2007 and we are extremely happy with every department. Good service equals returning customers. Thank you, Carol Newman P.S I must also give a shout out to Ty Hubbard who was my initial service advisor who started the ball rolling with getting my radio replaced and sending correspondence to the higher ups.
