I arranged to have my car picked up weeks before the service date for a routine 8,000 mile maintenance; one of the perks when you buy a Genesis. It was picked up early in the morning. But by the following afternoon I hadn’t heard anything from Service. After a number of calls I finally got an apology and still, it was 3 hours before my car was returned. Being home bound waiting to receive my car for two days is not really a perk. More

Sales Rep & Service Advisor excellent, however, after 297 miles msg came on dash to check break systems. Car bucking wherever you touched the breaks. Told it had something to do w/an update & assured me it wouldn’t happen again. After service, it drove perfectly & breaks fine on initial drive HOWEVER, after a subsequent 1/2 drive yesterday, break msg came back on again and breaks severely bucked, so much so that on one breaking lunge almost thrust me into the windshield. It was a harrowing drive home & I am afraid to drive the car. I feel like it’s a potential death trap. I don’t think I will ever feel safe again and will be always on the lookout for a reoccurrence and this after only 422 miles. I think a got a lemon and, based on this experience, fixes are only temporary. Previously, have driven Mercedes, so Genesis was a deviation. Except for the personnel, very disappointed and, from a safety standpoint, frightened to drive this car. Obviously, service did not resolve the problem on a permanent basis. Headed back to service today. Was scheduled to leave on a trip tomorrow but could never take this car. Can’t be trusted. More

Dealership very helpful, but ultimately the problem was not solved as Manufacturer / Genesis not deal with the issue. Jason/Kelly fought hard and provided me contact info to help resolve. Kelly also made a not solved as Manufacturer / Genesis not deal with the issue. Jason/Kelly fought hard and provided me contact info to help resolve. Kelly also made an accommodation on the bill which is greatly appreciated. More

Jason is the finest service manager I’ve ever worked with. He is smart, honest, and very friendly, explaining what is needed and why clearly.
