Jason did not follow through with items that he promised. Never replied back to any emails that were sent to him. Missing trickle charger that was supposed to be included. Fraud, Dishonesty & Greed They sold my order to another customer and kept lying to me until 3 month after the fact. This is true story, there are phone records & voicemail records to backup everyth another customer and kept lying to me until 3 month after the fact. This is true story, there are phone records & voicemail records to backup everything I have written here. The sales men that worked with me are JASON NABOZNY & CADEN NABOZNY. Here is the timeline of events: 1. Nov. 11, 2022, order placed for a Bolt EUV 2. Dec. 14, 2022, Caden called me and left an voicemail saying that my order was accepted by GM. 3. Jan. 3, 2023, Caden called me and left an voicemail saying that my order was being built. I called back and was told it will probably be delivered in March. 4. Mar. 18, 2023, I called Caden and was told this order is taking longer than usual, probably because the option I ordered, and was also told that it will probably be delivered in June. 5. Apr 30, 2023, I called Caden and left a voicemail message to ask for the order status, never received response from him. 6. May 2, 2023, I called Caden and he said he needs to check order, will call me back in 5 minutes, which never happened. 7. May 3, 2023, I called Caden 9 times, all of them went to voicemail. Then I switched to my son's phone, he immediately responded, after finding out it was me, he told me he will call back in 5 minutes, which again never happened. 8. May 4, 2023, I called Caden 3 times, all of them went to voicemail. 9. May 9, 2023, I called Caden 4 times, all of them went to voicemail. So I decided to call other salesmen at the same location, after providing my order #, they all kicked the ball around & kept transferring me to some other people's voicemails. Finally, a lady in development department was kind enough to connect me with the sales manager Alex, who is an honest man and told me this order was sold to another customer on Jan. 23, 2023. So I went back to check my phone log, and I did NOT find any calls from Dexter Chevy Dealer or received any voicemail/message from Caden in that time period. Jason & Caden, I wish the extra money you earned by selling my order to the other customer made your life better. More importantly, I hope it will also make you a better person, so that others does not have to go through what happened to me. More
