Salesman and staff were friendly and the purchase went fine. Had to pay $1300 in taxes when registering the Ridgeline because they calculated the tax incorrectly. This is the second time I have been sent a survey, I completed one shortly after our purchase. The only complaint I have is that I don’t understand why it takes so long to complete a cash purchase. It’s not like we were financing, the numbers are pretty cut and dry, however it still took over an hour to complete. I’ve done both financing and cash purchase before and the time it takes to wrap these up is enough to make a person change their mind about buying a car. I think I even said that to the finance guy and I wasn’t kidding about being ready to leave! If I were to suggest anything, it would be that, step up the amount of time for paperwork and closing a deal! More
