My journey with Pacifico Auto Group started as a customer when I purchased a pre-owned 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. That experience left a lasting impression, and I continued buying my vehicles from Pacifico over the years. After 10 years in retail electronics, I joined the Pacifico family in 2006. I began in Ford Sales, later moved into the Ford Service Department as a Service Advisor, helped open and manage our Commercial Truck Center, and went on to serve as Assistant Service Manager. In 2012, I transitioned to our Hyundai and Mazda stores as a Sales Consultant. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to serve as Finance Manager, Mazda Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, and now General Sales Manager. Nearly 20 years later, I’m proud to still be part of the Pacifico family. I’m committed to delivering a great experience and helping with all of your automotive needs.

Jason Oquendo lied to me about an engine problem with my 2019 VW Atlas, he apprised it at 16,000 & I traded it same day to a toyota dealership for 19,500 and they did not find an “engine issue”. He was extremely unprofessional & when I was trying to speak to him about the trade in appraisal he kept talking over me to the point where he was almost yelling & insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions. Do not buy a car from him. More
