Set up an appointment to drive out today as its an hour drive each way, they text to verify I was still coming, I told them yes but it'll be about 20 minutes later. Arrived, they took pictures of my truck for a trade in and we went inside, where they tell me oh by the way that truck was apparently sold last night. Didn't bother to mention it when I confirmed with them, but they said they could get another. While they were looking I walked around the lot, truck was still there without a Sold sticker on it, which legally has to be on it if it's sold, and checked online and the same truck was still listed but for $11,000 more than it was yesterday. I get that sometimes errors happen on online pricing but rather than just be honest about it they wasted 3 hours of my work day. They then tell me that my truck they would typically sell for 115k, they offered me 90k, so they're luring you in with false advertising and then trying to make 25k on a trade in, walked out and will never return. More
