Chales and Jason responded in an honest, direct fashion to the questions I had concerning the Ford Escape and not only pointed out, but demonstrated a number of important features that allowed me to make a better purchasing decision. I compared the Ford Escape against five other vehicles (in this category) and they directed me to a web site that allowed me to make a balanced comparison using independent data. My overall experience with this dealership was fair. The only reason it was not great was the lack of communication; I understand that there is a game in the car buying business. While I did not purchase a vehicle with them, I would still recommend working with them. My frustration stems from the Management not listening to the needs of the customer. I told my salesman from the beginning what my needs were, and what I was able to, and willing to do. I hid nothing in the process of buying a car, and yet my needs were not heard by the "Boss". In barttering there is some back and forth, some negotiating, but when you are told from the start that there are certain things that are downright unrealistic, why is it that the big bad "boss" doesn't listen to those concerns. Again, I strongly urge people to deal with Northside Ford, but also want to inform the buyer; be very clear that you will only accept a deal on your terms. Do what I did, if they are unwilling/unable to meet your needs, leave! More

Jason spent in excess of an hour introducing us to all the features of the car and worked diligently to arrange a deal that worked within our budget. Charles was most friendly and most thorough in review the features of the car and worked diligently to arrange a deal that worked within our budget. Charles encouraged us to contact either he or Jason Pelmear regarding future questions about our new car, regardless of the nature of the question.
