He went out of his way to pick me up from Airport, show me several vehicles and got me a great deal. I will never buy from anyone else in the country.

"Patronizing and dismissive "

I have gone twice (yes, twice) with a scheduled appointment each time, for routine maintenance and a recall. The first time, the service agent seemed confused and told me I didn’t need the repair. Then he swiftly walked me to the ‘fast lane’ and said they would take care of me. As I continued getting notices of the recall, I again made an appointment for my maintenance and the recall. First, you’re told by the greeter to ‘stand by the wall’ and wait for someone to take care of you. That is just about the rudest way to handle a client/customer. No one looked at me for about 10 minutes- while I stood by the wall like a small child being scolded. Finally a service agent called me over. He looked up the recall per my request and said they wouldn’t be able to do it today because his guys go home at 5. The service center is open til 9 and it was 3:20 pm. He whisked me over to the fast lane. Again. Still no recall fix. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The fast lane service agent tried to cheer me up by telling me my name was pretty- it was incredibly sleazy and patronizing- because I am female I am going to get all happy and swoon over a compliment??? I told him my frustration with my experience which is what prompted him to compliment me. He should have called their service manager to fix things. I have no doubt that they treat men differently. I am actually considering getting rid of my 2018 expedition to get away from Ford.
