Jason stayed on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way—I knew this was a high-demand vehicle, and he made sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was that Jason even called me on his day off to answer some questions I had before picking up the vehicle. That level of dedication and customer service is rare. I had told him what I wanted and he was able to find me the vehicle with almost every feature I wanted. I truly believe that he is the best sales person that I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure in buying something that was not what I wanted. I would also like to thank Paul Ok in finance for his help in getting the additional accessories added and for explaining the additional warranty coverages that are available. Again, no pressure to buy. To be fair I also have to mention the folks from service, Joanna, Mike M. and the rest of the team. Without their attention to detail and great customer service one would not always want to go back.
