Have repeatedly tried to contact Jason. The bot tells me they will address it with the team and get right on it. The fact is, they operate like a dealership. They fixed the recalls that The bot tells me they will address it with the team and get right on it. The fact is, they operate like a dealership. They fixed the recalls that they were required to by law, then tried to get me to buy into an un-necessary brake fluid change (at 17,000 miles) and a wiper blade replacement at more than $100. My charging port has failed, an issue that apparently happens OFTEN with this car. Instead of honoring the warranty they tried to convince me that I should see a body shop instead. There has been NO accident. They know what the fix is, and don't want to honor their warranty. At the very least, the servie manager should have contacted me to explain their position; but they don't have a leg to stand on. More
