Also while we were agreeing on a deal they offered me more money on my trade in only to change it later. Don’t just sign thinking they will honer the deal agreed on. Make sure to read everything as your signing.

I've reviewed your purchase and it looks as though you signed a quote (with your sales representative) before your purchase, that displayed the rate you asked us to match. Then again signed your final contract paperwork which displaying the rate again that we matched. To our knowledge, we did nothing to make you upset with our dealership. Our Finance Manager went through full description of your contract paperwork where we would have absolutely corrected any issue you brought to our attention. We also did not hear from you for weeks after your purchase. This makes us believe you were 100% satisfied with your purchase at Xtreme. As a customer you always have the option to contact us right away post purchase with any discrepancies. We take pride in top tier customer satisfaction and it pains us to know you do not feel that way. In the future, should you have any issues when purchasing, please bring it to the dealerships attention immediately to allow correction or further explanation. Thank you.

As stated above, I was not aware until my paper work came in the mail. I made the sales man Benjermin Williams aware when I picked up my license plate and gave him a couple days to try and correct it. Nobody from the dealership reach back out to me so that’s when I went ahead and left the reviews that your dealership request by email. I’m sorry you’re not willing to try and remedy what happened. I stand by what I said in the above review and will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future.
