Jason does a great job of being customer driven and communicative. However, it is very sad watching what was once an outstanding dealership spiral into mediocrity under the new ownership. Greeters lack friendliness and enthusiasm, technicians do an incomplete service even for request items, difficult to get a timely appointment, etc. Everything that used to be great, is now gone.
