I came in to Wilde Lexus to get my 2014 Lexus ES300h the scheduled maintenance service. While waiting, Brad Smith came over and introduced himself after I had mentioned that I was looking for a newer Lexus scheduled maintenance service. I finally purchased an L Certified, hardly broken in ES350 with all the luxury toys and computers to replace our 2008 Lexus ES350. The 2008 was running perfectly but sometimes you just want a new toy. Jason Peters our Service Advisor Par Excellence has been caring for us for 10 years and I thanked him today as I picked up the new one. I joked to Carl Carpenter the fantastic Internet Sales Manager that Jason sold it but it took him 10 years then Carl closed the deal in 1 day. Carl responds instantly even at 11pm. I bit on a Lexus Promo Email and pretty soon I owned a 1 year old dealer service loaner and couldn't be more thrilled. The entire Wilde team is a pleasure to deal with. I actually enjoyed working with Dan Messick the Finance Manager who guided me through the Credit Application, got us a fair rate for the loan and had all zillion forms ready for me to initial, sign and process on pick up. I have dealt with many dealer finance and business managers over the years and Dan was a treat. Then I was introduced to Peter Namerow the Technology wizard who sat with me in the new vehicle and synched my iPhone to the vehicle and taught me the useful computer features. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a few US Patents in machine design but that was when the world was mechanical. Today you are buying a beautiful leather upholstered computer with fancy wheels. Peter took me through it and offered to give a follow up lesson to my wife should she ever venture out of our Covid Virus hideout. Everyone at Wilde for all 10 years I have been a client is a wonderful happy person and it is why I keep returning. JUST GREAT!!!!
