Jeff is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient during the car shopping process. There is no pressure and, in fact, I needed to ask him to show us the next level package, which we did purchase. We completed the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Kenny Clark, who was also efficient and a pleasure with whom to deal. We ended up deciding on a 2019 RX350L which had just been received at Wilde - it was still wrapped in some of the plastic from shipping! Every aspect of the transaction from decisions about payment, license plate transfer, setting up a session with Kenny Turner from electronics and computer expert and other issues, was handled quickly and efficiently by Brad.
