The most hassle free dealership ever! This is my 5th car from this dealership over a period of 20 years. My salesperson, Tom McOmber has been there for 23 years and you cannot find anyone This is my 5th car from this dealership over a period of 20 years. My salesperson, Tom McOmber has been there for 23 years and you cannot find anyone more knowledgable or accommodating. He does what he tell you he will do and follows up without being pesky. Besides Tom, the thing that keeps me coming back is the outstanding service from the Service Department. They are awesome. They take care of customers with older models just as well as the ones who buy every year. This is the best car buying experience you can get, hands down. More

Tom McOmber, my sales consultant, was able to source a 2017 RX350 with the options and color I wanted at a very fair price. He regularly kept me updated on the car's availability and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Wilde makes ownership of a Lexus a pleasure from the purchase experience to their excellent service department. When I bought my first Lexus from Wilde I thought it was the Lexus system that made ownership so much better than any other brand I had previously owned. But after I purchased another one from a Lexus dealer in Chicago, I quickly learned it was the Wilde system that made ownership so great. I can't say enough about Tom McOmber in the Wilde sales department and Jason Peters in the service department. More

Above and Beyond in Excellent Salesmanship and Service. I upgraded my 2009 Lexus yesterday and really appreciated the help that Joe, David and Frank gave me. Thanks to Joe I road-tested the car and he full I upgraded my 2009 Lexus yesterday and really appreciated the help that Joe, David and Frank gave me. Thanks to Joe I road-tested the car and he fully explained the features that were quite different from the Lexus I now had. He also showed me the paperwork and features of the car I was interested in, answering all my questions clearly and concisely. David helped me to understand the GPS system since this is a new feature for me. He also walked me through the process of setting-up my Smartphone and again helping me to be able to use this feature. Frank clearly explained in detail what additional benefits I might want to add to my purchase to insure that I had the best coverage for future service of the car. I have always appreciated the care and very professional help Jason has given to me over the years and yesterday only confirmed my sincere admiration and appreciation for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. More
