These guys were great. Was able to walk around the lot without anyone looming over me. Friendly, attentive, not at all pushy and even though he was really busy with other customers, we had his undivided attention. He listened to exactly what it was I wanted, with respect to my budget and grabbed me a key to test drive my soon-to-be new 24’ F250. Had a wonderful experience here at McFarland Ford and would go back in a heartbeat. More

Brought my vehicle in for inspection of a warrantied repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work a repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work and delivered the vehicle to me afterwards. I can 't complain about this level of customer service! More

Had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2024 Ford Timberline. Not only was the entire staff at Rochester Ford wonderful I had asked the sales manager to please change the oil in the car before I left Timberline. Not only was the entire staff at Rochester Ford wonderful I had asked the sales manager to please change the oil in the car before I left for my trip to Florida. Wasn’t quite sure how long the car was sitting on the lot. In any event they gladly changed the oil for my 1500 mi trip to Ft Myers. Wonderful dealership !!! More

I came back to dealership today because I was there on Monday night to pick my truck up from service I noticed yesterday while walking by my truck that one of my steps end pieces was broken. I was talked to like a dummy and ended up getting into a shouting match with representatives from service. Had to get service mgr. When we were walking out the employee told the mgr I was crazy I am looking for another truck for my wife but will not be coming back to your dealership. Not a way to speak to customer. More
