I went to Bill Utter Ford in Denton because of their stellar reputation. Jason Robinson was my salesperson, and boy was I pleased with his knowledge, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. He listened to what I wanted, and immediately had me test driving the exact trucks I was interested in. Jason didn't waste any time trying to "upsell" me on a higher trim. He kept it simple, thoroughly answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy in the least. I was very satisfied with the price and trade-in value offered. I've bought many new/used vehicles in my time, and this was easily the best experience I've ever had. Hopefully I won't be purchasing another vehicle for many many years, but when I do, I'll go back to Bill Utter Ford and ask for Jason Robinson. More

Mr.Robinson was not pushy, he was direct and frank about the price and the truck. At the time, we couldn't reach the price we budgeted and left; he respected our decision and didn't make us feel "guilty" of not buying or wasting his time. While we were shopping around at other dealers, he kept us informed about status of the GMC truck. When we finally decided that GMC Sierra truck was we wanted, Mr.Robinson was helpful and patient to help in every process. In addition, Mr. Kenneth Carter from Finance was helpful in the finance process and respected our finance choice. Mr. Bill Hester was helpful in Jason's absence. Ease of Visit I went to Bill Utter Ford because of it being a family owned business. I had previously had gotten 3 vehicles from another Ford dealership. However every time I went for service I stop by sales to say hi. Well they all left, the dealership never had another salesman do a follow-up call. When I went Bill Utter Ford I was met by Jason Robinson. He showed me around the lot looking for a specific optioned F-150. Jason and Bill Cooper helped with various payment plans. The only reason I didn't get the F-150 was I still owe on my Fusion. Jason will get a sale. Just later in the year. More

Though my credit isn't perfect they took into account that I haven't missed a payment in three years with my previous car and were able to offer a reasonable payment plan. The day I went to pick up my car it unfortunately got scratched or dinged up during the detailing process. Understandably I was very upset and was considering looking to other dealerships to take my business. Mike handled the situation perfectly, they were extremely apologetic, offered free window tinting and a loaner car until they fixed the issue. Instead of just covering it up they were completely honest which is a rare trait that is greatly admirable. I'm very happy I stuck with these guys, they made it completely worth while. More
