Outstanding Service Our Service Technician was Neal Beers. After looking at our car Neal explained what our car needed, We needed a wheel alignment. We knew that becau Our Service Technician was Neal Beers. After looking at our car Neal explained what our car needed, We needed a wheel alignment. We knew that because we hit a really big pot hole. After he did the state inspection, the regular checkup,and alignment he explained what he did. We took our car to Ford they next day after the last snow storm last week. Neal told us it's a little icy out there. Stay here I will bring you your car. My Husband and I appreciated that so much. Nazareth Ford takes good care of its customers. Multiple Visits Still Not Fixed Brought vehicle in multiple times for recall work, had same issue after first visit. Brought back in for another recall (same issue) and now vehicle d Brought vehicle in multiple times for recall work, had same issue after first visit. Brought back in for another recall (same issue) and now vehicle doors are making noises that were not there prior to visit. Showed the service manager before leaving but too late to address. No follow up from this dealership on this issue. Also was told it was a few hours for the work, first time was slightly over but second time was there for 8 hrs and then I had these issues which I would consider workmanship. I also was looking at a new vehicle while there and did not get the follow up I would expect from either the salesperson or again when I contacted them online More
