Fast, easy process I drove an hour to look at a specific used car. After the test drive I noticed it had some paint issues around the fenders and, while I liked the car, I drove an hour to look at a specific used car. After the test drive I noticed it had some paint issues around the fenders and, while I liked the car, I was in no hurry to buy a car that minute and explained that I would have to pass. The sales man helping me, Jason Rowe, asked if I would be interested in the car if they had those spots redone. I said that I would. They worked out a plan and kept me up to date every day as to the progress. They even delivered the car to me. Jason was very transparent every step of the way, never pressured me, always kept me up to date, and I would very much recommend him to others. More

He was amazing at every aspect of the sale, from looking for the exact car that my wife wanted, to having it driven to us from sundance to Allendale, MI. When the car was delivered all the required paperwork came with it. My wife only had to tell Jason what she was looking for and down payment amount and he took it from there. I don't know anything about buying a great and dependable car online, but if Jason Rowe was involved I'd have the utmost confidence that it would great. I had no idea what to expect, with negative stereotypes of car salesmen being all I had to go off of. My experience with Jason Rowe at this dealership was the antithesis of these stereotypes. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient (we were there for quite some time since I'm new at this kind of thing). He didn't try to take advantage of my naivety or sell me some nonsense he knew I didn't need.
