Finance did not review paper work at all. I really felt like i had to fight for the price i got before the finance guy sold me a miss leading warranty on the car, tires, battery and maintenan I really felt like i had to fight for the price i got before the finance guy sold me a miss leading warranty on the car, tires, battery and maintenance. When i got home i had to print and review the paper work and i felt totally mislead. Mislead enough to where i called him back to let him know this. The follow up text from the sales guy was only to get his 5 star review that he had mentioned multiple times during the sale. His text messages were somewhat aggressive and poorly timed. 5 star treatment is over the top and above and beyond. You know when you receive it. Don’t tell me it’s closing time and other customers are waiting or it’s their time to go home. 5 star treatment makes you feel you ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER or at least the MOST important one. When the GSM walks up to you he should at least start off with his name and title, not what can we do to get you to drive this car home today. 5 star treatment leaves no questions unanswered like “ WHO ARE YOU” and why are you interjecting yourself into our conversation. Clearly another person who doesn’t know what 5 star treatment is. Just because someone buys a car doesn’t mean they were treated right. It’s unfortunate that this happens because it doesn’t have to. You can articulate the reasons for the pricing, warranty and still sell a vehicle. You don’t have to hide things in fear of a customer not buying. Every blue collar person knows cars are expensive and at the end of the day they will buy from who treats them the best. You can sell multiple cars to a person or family if you treat them right. Rather then being misleading and creating an uncomfortable situation and only selling one vehicle. More

However, the pricing was not fully transparent, as the final out-the-door cost ended up significantly higher than the online advertised price due to additional fees and add-ons. I understand some fees are standard, but clearer upfront communication would have made the experience much better. Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle, but improved transparency would build more trust with customers. More

Ok I will give a fair review after resolution . Purchased on 3/4/26 with resolution today 3-14-21 First let me say the sales person Jason has been excellent and patient throughout the whole proc Purchased on 3/4/26 with resolution today 3-14-21 First let me say the sales person Jason has been excellent and patient throughout the whole process both as a salesperson and go between Now the finance person Maurice did mess up by almost 2000 , and was hard to get paperwork from which should be given on a usb drive upon purchase but wasn’t… took 8 days to get paperwork emailed Today 3/14/26 I met with the gm who looked at deal and actually showed the numbers and explained everything exactly gave the offer of voiding contract and redoing or taking a check , I chose to take the check because he said it is possible the interest rate could go up. George was easy to deal with and certainly was straightforward with a resolution and response. Overall I’ll choose to give the dealership 5 stars despite the hiccups with financing, but just watch the top number and ask to have it broken down if you’re unsure , but you might catch an error before it evolves into a problem. More
