Arrigo's finance team failed to submit the required time-of-sale report to the IRS and never provided me the documentation I need to claim the credit on my taxes. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks. I've called repeatedly, been transferred dozens of times, and not once has anyone from Finance or Accounting returned my call. Not one. This isn't a minor clerical error — this is potentially $7500 in tax credits I may lose because of their negligence. If you're buying a car from them don't assume they know what they are doing. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. More
