Kyle, Sales manager, demanded I “get back in here” when I refused a VERY lowball offer on my trade in. Had to complain to the GM to get any level of respect and a fair price. Then, after arguing for days, I get the truck with half of a tank of gas in it. Tires that are too big for the wheels and uneven on inflation by a 25PSI gap from front to back. First salesperson knew next to nothing about the Truck I wanted OR the challenger i was trading in, the second salesperson, Jason, was knowledgeable about both vehicles and was the ONLY saving grace from this experience. All in all worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. More
