From beginning to end, my experience was not something I would ever want anybody else to go through. My first visit there, a nasty sales manager, basically wasn't willing to work with what they originally t would ever want anybody else to go through. My first visit there, a nasty sales manager, basically wasn't willing to work with what they originally told me. He was rude and very dismissive. I received a phone call shortly after from somebody else apologizing and checking what they could do to get me back in. I came back in hoping my second experience would be better. My lease was up. I had to get a new car so I got a new car. When I got in the new car, it wasn't clean, there was less than a half a tank of gas, but because I've spent so much time there I had to leave to go to work. I got a call shortly after that they messed up the paperwork and I had more stuff that I had to do with them. Just to top it off there were no floor mats in the car. I advised the sales manager as well as my sales person and they promised they would order me mats. Several weeks later I got the mats and low and behold they weren't the correct ones. I have emailed texted and called and still do not have the correct mats. Like all dealerships, they lure you in with a good talk and then they are disappointing. I will never use this dealership again. More
