My sales guy was very helpful in buying my vehicle, and the other guys were great. My only issue is with the repair department they aren’t always efficient and sometimes sloppy with there work as I got the other guys were great. My only issue is with the repair department they aren’t always efficient and sometimes sloppy with there work as I got bed rails put on and they left white dust all over them would think they would at least wash it. Only reason why not a 5 as repair shop can use more training on cleaning up after themselves and being spot on with there work. I’m very nervous using them for my warranty work, but sales can’t ask for better. More

I have purchased 3 vehicles from JBA my 2 children have purchased vehicles there and I have been very busy with work this year. My new vehicle has been out of alignment for a while since about 700 miles or purchased vehicles there and I have been very busy with work this year. My new vehicle has been out of alignment for a while since about 700 miles or so and with being busy with work I said at the 1st service I will let them know and get it covered by warranty. My oil didn't need a change until 8000 miles I took it in for service and I was told too bad it has too many miles on it. I had a discussion with the guy and I didn't get my alignment corrected. I won't be buying another Chevrolet. More
