I came in after another dealership said that I would have to wait till the following Tuesday to bring my Forrester in to get a loud humming noise checked out. I didn’t want to wait several days to diagnose a to wait till the following Tuesday to bring my Forrester in to get a loud humming noise checked out. I didn’t want to wait several days to diagnose and fix the problem so called Granite Subaru and they were able to get me right in as I was off for the day. It ended up being a bad wheel bearing and was replaced for free as it was still under warranty. Got my car back, and they even washed it 😀. Very professional staff and I felt well taken care of. Would definitely go back and encourage friends to go. More
