Bought my first Subaru from Granite Subaru and was extremely satisfied with the Sales and Service departments. Kacper was VERY knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Once again it was an extraordinary service! I was told that replacing the rear break pads and resurfacing rotors is going to be a couple of hours. It only took a little over an hour and with gr I was told that replacing the rear break pads and resurfacing rotors is going to be a couple of hours. I was told the service performed to my car to put on a hitch would be three hours. I drop my car off at the appointment time of 8:40 AM. When I called at noon to inquire about it I was told that now the n hitch would be three hours. I drop my car off at the appointment time of 8:40 AM. When I called at noon to inquire about it I was told that now the new time it would be ready would be 230. I don’t live near the dealership and I was waiting around for the services to be completed. I didn’t realize it would take up much of my day. When I picked up the car the cover over the hitch that was installed was not on there for the hitch was exposed. After consulting the person in the service department I was told that the cover doesn’t fit on after the hitch has been installed. That seemed odd to me but I left anyway. 20 minutes later I get a call saying I need to come back because the cover does indeed fit on with the hitch and the grommets needed to do it were still at the service center and had not been put into the car. I had to turn around and drive all the way back to the service center, get the grommets and was finally able to leave. Not exactly the way I wanted to spend my entire Saturday. More

I have been going to this dealership the last few times my car needed some attention for repairs and oil changes. It is right down the street from where I work, so it’s convenient, the team is very polite my car needed some attention for repairs and oil changes.
