I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. It was like pulling teeth when I asked to have the locking wheel lug nuts to be taken off an left in vehicle. Was told there was 5 black Grand Cherokee s on lot , when showed up an hour later there wa locking wheel lug nuts to be taken off an left in vehicle. Was told there was 5 black Grand Cherokee s on lot , when showed up an hour later there was none , settled for a down grade lower than wanted an waited from Friday till Monday to obtain it even tho dealer had since 1130am Friday to retrieve it from a dealer 40 min away. Also there was potatoe Chips under the driver seat as someone was eating and dropped . The whole experience was not pleasurable . More
