Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Abdul was my salesman and was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, the financial manager was extremely knowledgeable a salesman and was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The service department was short staffed, but excelled at getting my car back to me. My battery was dead, they performed the proper tests to determine it needed to be replaced. Acknowledging it was still und getting my car back to me. My battery was dead, they performed the proper tests to determine it needed to be replaced. Searching for a new car didn't know where to turn called Jason the service manager who worked two major competitors Honda and Toyota before Mazda and he said Mazda makes a better car that convinced me. I've been a customer at Liberty Mazda for years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and maintain great communication throughout the entire pro I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car. I always recommend them to anyone and everyone for any kind of service, from a simple oil change or tire changeover to bigger jobs like replacing an axel or transmission. Shannon is especially wonderful. Through her keen eye and recommendations, we once discovered a safety hazard of which I was completely unaware. Not only did I save a great deal of money by addressing the issue before it caused a much bigger problem, she may very well have saved my life. I won't go anywhere else, and I'm very much looking forward to many more years of great service from the Liberty Mazda team. More
