First I want to say is Matthew Smith was a liar from the get go. He told me and husband about a week for our car to even be seen. Well, I was hesitant , but my husband said just drop it. Well Monday Septemb get go. He told me and husband about a week for our car to even be seen. Well, I was hesitant , but my husband said just drop it. Well Monday September 15th comes and goes and I make the phone call to see what the status is and he answers the phone and says my car at that point has been assigned to a service tech and that he would go and see if they could hurry up and he would call me back. Well already know that’s not gonna happen. So Wednesday the 17th of september comes and my husband makes a phone call and again Matthew Smith tells my husband the same thing and that our car was assigned to a service tech and that Thursday it should be seen. Well as we know it Thursday the 18th comes and my husband calls around noon and at this point he is talking to a service manager and he does not remember who he talk to and that he begins to tell my husband , I do not know what you were told when you dropped the car off , but there was 32 cars ahead of you and now there is 16 cars still ahead of you. So at this point we were just lied to from the get go and there was no apology what so ever. So Friday and weekend passes and I call on Monday and I leave a voicemail for Matthew Smith asking what is going on with my car and that I wanted some answers and to call me back. Well that was around 10:30 and I waited till noon and I go up to the shop. I walk up to the counter and all service techs were sitting on cell phones and not even paying attention. I told him who I was and I asked so you do not know how to return phone calls I see and he just looks dumb founded. I begin to tell him I want answers about my car because I keep getting lied to. He tells me my car could be looked at on Thursday the 25th of September. I said that’s no acceptable and I said this going on 2 weeks that my car has been sitting and I was told by you that my car would take no more then a week. He then proceeds to tell me ma’am there’s cars here that have been sitting for 30 to 40 days and I looked him dead in the face and said that was not my xxxxing problem that I was concerned about my car. He gets up and walks to the service manager Jason Silverman and tells him the issues. I get called over to the desk and Jason Silverman begins to tell me the exact same thing Matthew Silverman said to me and saying I can not move your car in front of anyone and I said I never asked you to do that , but I don’t like being lied to. Well, he said to Thursday my car will be looked at and I asked would it be fixed and he said as long as they have the part they could fix it. I said okay and I walked out. So Thursday comes around and again nothing from anyone. So I get a ride up there because at this point I made another appointment at a different dealership in collierville and I get my car seen and fixed the same day for Friday. So I go into the shop at Serra and before I even walked in there Matthew Smith saw me coming and walks away form his desk and I’m just standing there. Another gentleman asks me how can I help you and I told him and Matthew smith walks back out and him and this gentleman go behind a door into an office and talk to someone. Well Jason Silverman comes around from the desk and says hello and asks Matthew and the other guy what’s going on and my car right then gets assigned to a service tech name Chris. Well they said they would give me a call and I asked to not be called by Matthew smith because he has done nothing but lie to me from the get go. So I get a phone call around 4:30 to 5:00 and tells me what is wrong with the car and that they do have the part and it will be fixed tomorrow. I said okay . Well Friday rolls around and I’m thinking it’s going to be fixed first thing in the morning and I have not received any phone calls. They finally decide to call me around noon I do believe and I go pick it up. More
