When I purchase a vehicle from a dealership, I know that we are both pleased that the transaction that took place. After that, it is basically a gamble as far as if they keep their promises or not, and if t we are both pleased that the transaction that took place. Working with Jeff, Jason and James for these past purchases has given me the best vehicle transaction process that I have ever experienced in my forty-some years of buying cars. There is no "guessing" or "wondering" if they will hold true to their words and actions. I simply "know" that I'm taken care of for as long as I own the vehicle that I purchase from West Metro. Plus, I do believe I have made a good friend or two in the process. We'll keep coming back, this I know! More
