I felt they gave me a good value for my trade and the purchase of the new vehicle was fare. Financing I have mixed emotions about. I regret financing with West Metro. I felt the finance process was rushed and words were not all truthful. At the start of the process we were told there would be only one credit pull on our credit report. I was admiring to not shop my credit. When I got home, I received a warning that my credit had been pulled by multiple banks. Additionally, when I wanted to pay off my current loan and not roll my present vehicle into the purchase of the new vehicle, I was pressured by being informed I’d need to write a check for the entire trade allowance of my trade vehicle. I’m not very happy with this type of sales tactic. More

Very easy to deal with, what a great team!! My last sales person at a different GMC dealer had left. After 10 years of a business, I had to start over. I was kinda NOT looking forward to dealing My last sales person at a different GMC dealer had left. After 10 years of a business, I had to start over. I was kinda NOT looking forward to dealing with multiple dealers, getting the runaround treatment. So I did some searching onine.. found West Metro Buick GMC. They had the Terrain in their lot I was looking for. Decided to take a drive on a Saturday to see it in person and maybe listen to the Terrain, not the sales person. I drove up to ask Jason Spears one question.. how was the sound system in the SLT. He said awesome, what to hear it? I say sure and felt very comfortable with him so I start to explain my position of looking for another dealer to start a relationship with. Told him about my current lease and what I want. He says I will run the number and get back to you on Monday. Confirmed the deal and was driving by Wednesday. Jason was great! right to the point with no hassels!!!! No stress!! Finance mgr Ryan Hurrle was great to work with!! Again, no hassels, no stress!! Derek Meyers was great also!! It was like working with some good friends that I have knowing for years!!
